[1]     Mr.Suresh Mohkar, District Manager of the appellant is present.  Respondent is present in person.

[2]     Mr.Mohkar for the appellant files pursis to the effect that the appellant is ready to pay an amount of Rs.20,801/- as per original order to the respondent/complainant.  Copy of the pursis is handed over to the respondent across the Bar which duly signed by the original opponent.  Respondent/complainant accepts the contention, but wants to put time limit.  One month’s time is granted to pay an amount of Rs.20,801/- outside the Commission, failing which the respondent/complainant may prosecute the order.  In accordance with the same, appeal is dismissed with no orders as to costs.
