            Appellant and Respondent in this Appeal No.298/2000 have arrived at consent terms before the Lok Adalat held on 15/07/2011 and have compromised the matter in presence of panel members.  They have executed proforma/Consent Terms before the members of Lok Adalat.  Consent terms shall be binding on both the parties and in case of default committed by either party, other party shall be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Commission to execute the said proforma/Consent Terms as if it is a decree passed by this Commission.  Hence, the order:-

                             -: ORDER :-

1.     Appeal No.298/2000 stands disposed of in terms of proforma/Consent Terms, which shall be attached herewith. 

2.     Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
