Heard Mr.Amit Kumar law assist of the appellant N.F.Railways, Maligoan.
It is submitted by Mr.A.Kumar that the judgement and order passed by the learned District Forum Shillong, dated 15/12/2008, in Consumer case No.42 of 2008 has already been compiled by the appellant.
Mr.A.Kumar therefore submitted that this appeal has become infructuous and the appellant wants to withdraw the same.
The appeal is therefore disposed of on withdrawal
