None is present for appellant. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that the appeal was filed on 8/1/2018. The Registrar (Legal) of this Commission on perusal of the record of the appeal recorded nine objections on 8/1/2018. Appellant was given 15 days time for removing those office objections. However the appellant did not remove those office objections. The notice dated 18/04/2018  was displayed on notice board of this Commission,  for removing the said  those office objections. Moreover a separate notice dated 20/04/2018 was also issued to the appellant for removing  those office objections and it was also informed to appellant under the said notice that  if the office objections are not removed within 15 days from the receipt of that notice, the appeal will be placed before Circuit Bench of Nagpur for appropriate order. The said notice was duly served to the appellant as seen from the acknowledgment received. Despite service of said notice, the appellant has not removed office objection till this date. Therefore keeping open the office objections the appeal was registered on 2/6/2018 and it is today placed before this Commission for appropriate order. We find that as office objections recorded as back as on 8/1/2018 are not removed by the appellant and as the appellant failed to appear before this Commission despite service of notice as above, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed in default.
