ORDER | Per Shri P.N. Kashalkar, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member Both the parties are present along with their Advocates. On 20/01/2011 during the course of arguments, we directed both the parties to resolve and try to compromise the matter and accordingly, flat purchaser is willing to pay remaining amount of `1 Lakh to the builder and builder is ready to hand over the possession to the flat purchaser. Accordingly, in our presence, builder has been given Demand Draft of `1 Lakh by the flat purchaser and builder has given keys to the flat purchaser. Builder has assured that white wash and affixing of glasses is being done in a day or two. He also assured to give possession letter within two days to the flat purchaser. With these observations, Revision Petition stands disposed of. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties. Record & Proceedings be sent back to the District Consumer Forum. | |
