The appellant as well as respondent are absent since long. Their counsel are also absent. Therefore, on last date it was directed to issue notice to both the parties. Accordingly, notice was issued but no report is received. On perusal of office copy of the notice, it reflects that it was issued on the correct address of both the parties, shown in appeal memo. Therefore, it will have to be presumed that both parties are served with notice. But nobody is turned up.
