Final Order / Judgement

           This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant praying for striking out the name of proforma respondent No. 2 Sree Shivam Solutions from the instant case.

             Heard Mr. G. Alam, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant/appellant. Also heard Mr. H. Baruah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1. Mr. Baruah has submitted that he has no objection in striking out the name of proforma respondent No. 2 from the instant case.

             In view of the above, prayer for striking out the name of proforma respondent No. 2 is allowed.

             Misc Case is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

             Registry is directed to correct the cause title accordingly.
