          Mr.P.V. Deshmukh, Advocate for the appellant. Respondent present in person.  Advocate Mr.Deshmukh files withdrawal pursis since according to him respondent himself has entered into a compromise outside the Commission.  Acting upon this withdrawal pursis, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.  Hence, the following order :-

1.       Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
