ORDER

Per Shri P.N.Kashalkar, Hon'ble Presiding Judicial Member:-

There is delay of 7 days in filing the appeal.  For seeking  condonation of delay, M.A.no.274/2010 has been filed and in para 2 of miscellaneous application which is supported by an affidavit just and sufficient cause of illness has been given.  Certificate of doctor mentioned that appellant got uncontrolled diabetes mellitus  and diabetic Neuroplasty and therefore, he was bed ridden and could not move.  I think to condone the delay this much ground is sufficient.  Subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable by the appellant to the respondent, delay is condoned.  Cost is paid today itself by the appellant.  As such, we pass the following order:-

:-ORDER-:

1.  M.A.No.274/2010 for condonation of delay stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- be paid by the appellant.  The cost is paid by the appellant.

2. Ma.A.No.274/2010 stands disposed of.
