Complainant and his  representative Khobragade  present and filed application for permission to withdraw the execution proceeding and  also filed Xerox copy of receipt dt 15/1/19.Order passed at Ex.1.In view of the application and the complainant received of Rs. 30,000/- in cash from OP.In compliance of order and judgment dt 25/1/18  passed in cc 45/16 Xerox copy of receipt is attached alongwith application, hence there is no grievance against OP and the complainant do not  want to proceed the matter. Hence the execution proceeding is disposed by way of withdrawal.
