Both the parties are present.The case  fixed for judgement at this stage Respondent files an application signed by the Counsel of the Appellant stating that the Respondent has paid the consideration amount of Rs. 56,260/- in six post dated cheques and as such the Appellant does not want to pcos4e the appeal. Both the Ld. Counsels pray for disposal of appeal in terms of the petition. The terms are legal and as such the petition is accepted. The appeal is disposed of. Copy of the order be given to both sides.
