ORDER

Per Mr.Justice S.B.Mhase, Hon’ble President

It is reported that the parties have settled the matter. Settlement is produced on record. However, Mr.Rahul Gandhi states that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal. In view of this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.  If the appellant has deposited any amount as per proviso of section 15, said amount be returned to the appellant. Mr.D.Sant-Advocate on instructions states that original complainant has no objection for return of the amount.   Consent terms are submitted but party desires that appeal should not be disposed of in terms of consent terms.

Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
