MA/5/2021 is taken up for hearing.

W/O to the MA which is filed today by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant is also taken up for hearing.

After having heard the Ld. Advocates on both sides and perusing the application we find reason to say that the presence of the OP 1 for expunction of whose name the application has been filed is essentially required for proper adjudication of the case. OP 1 is none else but the landowner. So the MA/5/2021 stands rejected.

06.06.2022 is fixed for filing evidence by the complainant on affidavit.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
