*JUDGEMENT/ORDER

Heard Mr.S.C.Shyam, learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner in this misc. application. In this application, the appellant-petitioner made a prayer for condoning the delay of 7(seven) days in preferring the related appeal. We have perused the application. In our considered view, the appellant-petitioner has shown sufficient reasons for condoning the delay of 7(seven) days and apart from that, we are of the view that delay was not due to any negligence and lapse on the part of the appellant/petitioner.

In view of the above position, this misc.application is allowed thus, condoning the delay of 7(seven) days in filing the related Appeal. Misc case is accordingly disposed of.
