Heard Mr. Buddhadeb Ghosh, the Ld. Advocate along with Mr. T. K. Basu, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  It appears that the grievances are against the order dated 11.06.2009.  By the said order the hearing of the case was adjourned.  It appears that the said order was passed in view of the order dated 22.02.2007.   In the self same proceeding the order dated 22.02.2007 held "that the matter shall be kept pending till the result of the civil suit is declared".  Therefore, we do not find any ground for interference as the said order dated 22.02.2007 has never been challenged and has been allowed to prevail till now.
