Today  has   been  fixed  for    necessary  order  ( exparte).

W  have    gone   through   the   record   of  the   case  and  found  the  ad-interim   order   passed   on  6/6/2018   was   made   absolute   by  an    order  dtd.  5/4/2022.

The   opp.  parties  inspite   of  getting   several  chances   against   the    order  dtd.  5/4/2022, did  not   appear   as  of   now  and    accordingly,  it  is   directed  to  comply   the  order   of   reconnection  of     electricity to  the   complainant.  The   complainant  has    already    deposited  an  amount   of Rs.58,000/-   only  to  the   opp.  parties.  Hence  , the  order   dtd.  5/4/2022     which  has  been  made   absolute  , be   complied  with  by  the   parties   concerned.

Accordingly,  misc  . case   is    disposed  of.
