          We have heard learned Adv. Dara K. Irani on behalf of the Applicants/Appellants and learned Adv. Shridhar L. Kasbekar on behalf of the Non-Applicants/Respondents on the application for condonation of delay.  We have also carefully perused the material placed on record.

[2]     Applicants/Appellants could not get the certified of copy of order under challenge in time since, office of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune had been shifted to new premises in the Administrative Building. Delay in filing appeal does not appear to be intentional.  Hence, Miscellaneous Application No.49 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay for filing First Appeal No.88 of 2015 is hereby allowed.  Consequently, delay in filing appeal stands condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- by the Applicants/Appellants to the Non-Applicants/Respondents jointly. 

          Now, list this appeal for hearing on admission on 14/07/2015.
