ORDER

Considering the facts of the case, we find that there is no merit in this appeal and consequently we proceed to dismiss the same with costs of Rs. 5,000/- with a further direction to the Lr. District Forum to expedite the proceedings and complete the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months. Parties are hereby directed to remain present before the Lr. District Forum on 06/12/13 at 10:00 am.
