                The complainant in this case last appeared on 22.02.2019 when statement of complainant was recorded to the effect that if any award is passed, the amount thereof  be given to the “Fund for Soldiers”. The Complainant thereafter did not appear on 25.4.2019, 09.5.2019, 19.8.2019, 18.12.2019, 03.2.2020, 31.3.2021 and 10.03.2021. Today also no one is present on behalf of the complainant. It appears that  the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly the matter is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
