Both the parties filed petitions of compromise stating that in order to maintain cordial relationship  between the parties, the complainant wants to withdraw from the case, As the matter has been settled amicably and the respondent has tendered appology to the complainant and has reiterated before the Commission, we hold that no useful purpose will be served by  proceeding with this case accordingly. The case is disposed of as withdrawn.
