                   Both the parties stated that a settlement has been arrived between them.  Their statement recorded separately.  In view of the statement of the parties, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction that the OP shall pay Rs. 7500/- to the complainant, within 45 days from the date of passing of this order.  Both the parties shall be bound by their statement and it shall be part of the order. File be consigned to the record room.
