                    This case has been compromised between the parties in Lok Adalat.  The statement of both the parties recorded separately.  In view of the statement of counsel for Ops, the Ops are directed to pay Rs. 17,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from the date of passing of this order.  If the Ops failed to comply with this order within 45 days it shall be liable to pay the interest @ 9 % per annum from the date of this order till the date of payment to the complainant. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statement.  Hence the complaint of the complainant is hereby disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
