          Heard Mr.A.V. Patwardhan, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.N.H. Lahoti, Advocate for respondent No.1.   Petitioner and respondent No.1 are also present in person.  Respondent Nos.2&3 are already served, but they are absent today.  Revision Petition is sought to be withdrawn by Advocate Mr.Patwardhan after consulting his client.  Hence, we pass the following order :-    

                   -: ORDER :-

1.                 Revision Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as per desire of the petitioner.  It stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.                 No order as to costs.

3.                 Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
