Complainant is absent today . No complainance has been made on behalf of complainant in this case . Despites serval directions given by this forum for the complainance of order dated 30/12/21 on the last date i.e 29/12/22 strict directions was given to the complainant but complainant failed to comply the order of issuce once of notice to the opp which shows that complainant has lost his interested in this case .

                       Hence the case is dismissed for non-complainance of order dated 30/12/21 by the complainant . Keep the record in the record room .
