1. Shri Ram Transport Finance Company Ltd. Regd. Office at 101-105, 1^st floor, B-Wing, Shiv Chambers, sector-11, CBD Belapuri, Navi Mumbai through its Director.

2. Shri Ram Transport Finance Company Ltd., Branch office SCO no.10, 1^st floor, sector-3, HSIIDC, near Namestey Chowk, opposite Transport Nagar, Karnal through its Branch Manager.

                             Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for the opposite parties  made a statement that the possession of the disputed vehicle would not be taken from the complainant forcibly and illegally and proceedings will be taken in due course of law .

          The case has been called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant.  It is already 3.20 PM. No further wait is justified. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
