The complainant is not present after 01.08.2014 though several times case has been adjourned and several opportunities have been provided to him.  He was also not present on the last date of hearing i.e. 5.3.2015 though proper intimation to the complainant’s counsel was sent through telephonic message on 4.2.2015. Today also the case was fixed for evidence and arguments on behalf of the complainant but nobody has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems from the facts on file that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint in hand.  Case called several times since morning.  Now it is 3.45 P.M.  No further wait is justified.  Hence the present complaint is dismissed in default.  File be consigned to record room after to do needful.
