Sardara Singh vs. Shri Ram Transport.

      

Present: Sh. V.K.Arora, Advocate, counsel for complainant.  

               Sh. Ajay Shakti Goyal, Advocate, counsel for OP.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he withdraws the present complaint and seeking permission to file a fresh in the appropriate court.   

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Assistant is directed to return the original papers, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copy of the same.  A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
