                        Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of complaint. At this stage, the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
