Today the matter is fixed for admission hearing.

When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, Mr. A. Gan Choudhury, Ld. Counsel as assisted by Mr. D. Laskar, Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint petition with a liberty to file afresh as there is some defect in the complaint petition.

In view of the above, the instant complaint petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, if so advised.
