Counsel for the respondents has got recorded his statement that in compliance of order of this Forum, respondent No.2 has decided the claim as per surveyor report which has been filed today in the Forum. He has brought the cheque dt.25.5.2015 for Rs.2,20,000/- bearing No.261235 for the applicant which may be delivered to the applicant. Sh.Dalbir Singh, partner of Sethi Tents has got recorded his statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.261235 dt.25.5.2015 for Rs.2,20,000/- from the respondent No.2 in compliance of the order of this Forum. However, amount is not given as per bills provided to the respondent. He withdraws the present execution application reserving his right to file a fresh one for remaining amount. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh for remaining amount. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
