Final Order / Judgement

                   Learned counsel for the opposite parties has made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant for an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as full and final settlement. He further stated that the bank will not misuse the security cheques No.156601 to 156605 and also withdraw the complaint under Section 138/142 of NI Act vide case No.3283/2022 filed by the bank against the complainant at Delhi. 

                   Counsel for the complainant also made a statement that he has read and heard the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the opposite parties and agreed to receive an amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)  as full and final settlement of the claim. He further stated that he does not want to pursue the complaint and withdraws the present complaint.

Heard.

                   Statement of both the parties recorded separately. According to that, the matter has been full & final settled for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only). Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
