Neither of the parties takes step today. It appears from the down loaded copy of order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission dt. 28.3.18 passed in F.A 850/2013 that the Hon'ble State Commission passed the  following order:-

    “ Hence, ordered that the appeal stands allowed. The judgment and order passed by the Ld. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Redressal Forum , Murshidabad in CC 9/2009 are set aside resulting dismissal of the cc 9/2009 . Parties do bear their respective costs of litigation.”

     In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission, the E.a has no leg to stand on.

     Hence, the E.A be dismissed.
