BEFORE THE DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, KAITHAL.

             Complaint No.225 of 2022.

                   Today the case is fixed for filing reply to the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC filed by OPs No.2 & 3.  From perusal of order-sheet, it depicts that since 28.12.2022, the case is fixed for filing reply to the aforesaid said application but after availing 11 opportunities, the complainant has not filed reply to the said application.  Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.  It is 12.30 p.m.  Let the case be called again after lunch break.

                   Case called again after lunch break, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Waited sufficiently. It is already 03:30 P.M. No intimation regarding absence of complainant or his counsel is received. No further wait seems to be justified. So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the complaint. Thus, present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  Copy of the order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
