Vide separate statement , Sh.R.P. Singh, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties stated that he has received requisite copies of the documents today in the Court. Heard. A perusal of the evidence on record reveal that the insurance claim filed by the complainant has not been settled by the opposite parties on account of the fact that copies of requisite documents were not supplied by the complainant and said requirement has been complied today itself. As such, the instant complaint filed by the complainant is premature. Instant complaint is ordered to be disposed off accordingly. However, the opposite parties are directed to settle the claim of the complainant within 30 days of the receipt of copy of this order. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
