File has been taken up today in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Kamal Kishore Brahme, Complainant in Person recorded that he has received a Cheque bearing No.020345 dated 30.7.2022 for Rs.1,30,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank, in his favour. He will be bound to handover the salvage to the OP employee, whenever he comes to him for the collection of the same against receipt. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the Complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The Complainant is directed to handover the Salvage to the OP employee, whenever the employee comes to him to collect the same. File be consigned to the record room.
