                    Report made by the Accountant of this Forum perused, according to which a sum of Rs.3589/- lying deposited in the Forum. 

                Taking this fact into account, counsel for the decree holder suffered statement to withdraw the present execution. A sum of Rs.3589/- which is lying in this Forum is hereby ordered to be released to the decree holder against proper and after due identification of the complainant and record of this execution be consigned to the records treating it fully satisfied.
