Learned counsel Sh. Vaibhav Jain on behalf of the appellant has appeared through video conferencing, whereas learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia on behalf of respondents has appeared before the Commission.

A perusal of the record has shown that a compromise (Paper No. 50) has already been submitted by the parties, which has duly been accepted.

As the compromise submitted on behalf of the parties, has been accepted.

The appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of the compromise (Paper No. 50), which shall form part of the order / decree.  Both the parties shall bear their own costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.  The original record of the District Commission be also remitted back forthwith.
