Present:  None for the DH/complainant.

                Sh. Mohit Goyal, counsel for the JDs.

                                                         

                Today the execution application is fixed for compliance of the order. Ld, counsel for the JDs submits that DH has not submitted the required documents, Company is ready to settle the claim of the complainant, if complainant fulfilled the required formalities. Order not complied with on behalf of DH. No anyone has put into appearance on behalf of the DH/complainant. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. No further wait is justified. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as execution application pertains to year 2019.

                   In view of the above discussion the present execution application is hereby dismissed. However DH is at liberty to file a fresh Execution application, if, so disered Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
