Perusal of the record shows that complainant lastly appeared on 23.11.2022 wherein directions were issued to complainant to file Complainant’s Evidence by way of Affidavit.  Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
