2. G.S. Electronics, model town Karnal authorized service centre, Karnal through its owner.
3. Vinay Pasricha, service technician of G.S. electronics model town Karnal r/o ward no.1, Katju nagar, Taraori district Karnal.
4. Phillips India limited having its office at bharti work mark south city-II, sector-49, Gurugram through its authorized signatory.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs.

                At this stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, OP has replaced LED with new one, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
