Matter has been called several times since morning  but  none put appearance on behalf of the complainant to file rejoinder  and evidence.  Complainant was not present on previous two dates also.   It is already  12.45 P.M.  No further wait is justified and possible. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecution of complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
