Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why this case will not be dismissed for default.

None appears from the side of the complainant with step today.

On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. Cause as per previous order has not been shown by the complainant and record shows that the complainant has absent last two days including this day without any intimation. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

that the case being No.CC-99/2014 be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
