     Shri Yash Vidyarthi, learned counsel for the appellant.

 

 

As per A. K. Tiwari:

                  Feeling aggrieved by the orders passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Narsinghpur (for short ‘District

Commission’) in different execution cases as aforesaid whereby the District Commission has directed to issue arrest warrant against the opposite parties, one Arvind Kumar Shrivastava has filed the aforesaid appeals.

2.                Aforesaid appeals arise out of similar orders, therefore they are taken up together. For convenience facts are taken up from AEA No.61 of 2024 unless otherwise stated.  

3.                Heard learned counsel for the appellant on the question of admission.

4.                Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and on going through the appeal memo and the order impugned we find that Arvind Kumar Shrivastava in his personal capacity has filed the aforesaid appeals whereas he was not a party to the case before the District Commission.

5.                In the impugned order the District Commission has directed to issue arrest warrant against opposite parties on payment of PF. In compliance of the said order an arrest warrant has been issued against Regional Worker Manager, Regional Office Chhindwara, Sahara India Pvt. Ltd. Near Hanuman Mandir, Opposite Pankaj Talkies, Chhindwara and not in the name of Arvind Kumar Shrivastava, who has filed the aforesaid appeals. His name is also not there in the complaint and in the order.

6.                Had the appellant any grievance, he could have approached the executing court for redressal of his grievance rather than filing this appeal.

7.                In view of the above, it is found that the aforesaid appeals are not maintainable and are therefore dismissed. If the appellant has any grievance or objection, he may approach the executing court on the grounds raised in appeal before us.  

8.                This order be placed in AEA No.61 of 2024 and a copy be placed in AEA No.62 to 68 of 2024.
