          First Appeal No.537 of 2014 titled ‘Director LG Electronics India Private Limited and others Versus Shri Prakash Chander and another’ was allowed by this Commission vide order dated January 01^st, 2015. It was ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the Director, LG Electronics India Private Limited-appellants.

2.      The appeal was filed through Bhupinder Singh, authorized representative of LG Electronics India Private Limited. It was ordered that the amount would be refunded against proper receipt and identification. Shri Bhupinder Singh has been transferred. In his place, Rupesh Kumar Sharma has joined as authorized representative of LG Electronics India Private Limited.  By filing this application, it has been prayed by the LG Electronics India Private Limited that the receipt would be given by Rupesh Kumar Sharma instead of Bhupinder Singh. 3. In view of this, it is ordered that the amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded in the name of LG Electronics India Private Limited and Rupesh Kumar Sharma would issue the receipt on behalf of LG Electronics India Private Limited.

4.      The application is allowed accordingly
