It appears that the Appeal is preferred against an interim order being No. 72 dated 05.01.2022 passed by the Ld. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Birbhum Suiri in complaint case No. 62 of 2014.

We think that revision should be preferred against the impugned order as envisaged U/Sec. 47 (3) of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Accordingly, the Appeal is not maintainable in law in its present form and prayer.

Hence,

That the instant Appeal being No. A/1/2022 is not maintainable in its present form and prayer, and is dismissed.

No order as to cost.

The instant Appeal is thus disposed of accordingly.
