Mr. Amit Kaul, Decree Holder-complainant has appeared in person along with Mr. D.C. Kumar, counsel for Decree Holder-complainant and suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw this execution application being fully satisfied as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties. His statement in this regard is recorded separately.
2. Mr. Kaushal Kumar Jha, Authorized Representative on behalf of Judgment Debtor has appeared in person along with Mr. Neeraj Goel, counsel for Judgment Debtor-opposite party and suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Decree Holder-complainant as the matter has been amicably settled between both the parties and amount has been satisfied. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.
4. In wake of above submissions, present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
