ORDER

The complainant Sri Dipak Modak and the O.P. Sri Manohar Sutradhar in person are present. Both of them have jointly filed a petition putting their signatures on it stating that the matter in dispute between them has been amicable settled and they are not willing to proceed further with the case.  We have examined the Complainant Sri Dipak Modak who stated before us that the O.P. has supplied him the furniture for which the amount had already been paid by him in advance to the O.P. He further admitted before us that the matter in dispute between him and the O.P. has been amicable settled out of the Forum with the intervention of his well wishers and as such he is not interested to pursue further with the case.  We have also examined the O.P. who also stated that the dispute in between him and the Complainant has been settled.  Having regard to the submissions made by both the parties we are of the considered opinion that the case has been amicable settled between the parties.  In view of the above the case is disposed of on compromise between the parties.
