Heard Mr. Amit Kumar law assist of he appellant North Frontier Railways, Maligoan. It is submitted by Mr.A. Kumar that the judgment and order passed by the learned Districy Forum Shillong dated 15/12/2008, in Consumer case No.42 of 2008 has already been complied by the appellant. Mr. A. Kumar, therefore submitted that this appeal has become fructuous and the appellant wants to withdraw the same. The appeals is therefore disposed of on withdrawal.
