          Fiat India Automobiles Limited-opposite party No.1 has filed the present Application No.13 of 2017 to extend the period in submitting the report as ordered by this Commission vide order dated November 09^th, 2016 passed in Miscellaneous Application No.116 of 2016 titled ‘Man Mohan Singh Deswal Vs. The Director/Auth’d Person, Fiat India Automobiles Limited and others’. The operative part of the order is reproduced as under:

“In considered opinion of this Commission, Fiat India Automobiles Limited is directed to get the car inspected from its two Automobile Engineers and submit the report within ten days from the date of receipt of this order, before the District Forum, Gurgaon, where the complaint is pending.

2.      Learned counsel for the applicant has urged that ABS Motors-opposite party No.4 handed over the car for inspection to the applicant on January 06^th, 2017, so, it could not be inspected within ten days of receipt of the order of this Commission.

3.      The submission being convincing, it is ordered that the two Automobile Engineers of Fiat India Automobiles Limited shall submit the report within one month from the date of receipt of this order, before the District Forum, Gurgaon, where the complaint is pending for adjudication.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
