      Learned counsel for the appellant files a memo for withdrawal of the appeal stating therein that the appellant has in the meanwhile acted as per the impugned order passed by the learned District Forum.

     It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that since the appellant has compiled with the direction of the learned District Forum passed in the order impugned in this appeal the appeal has become infructuous and the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

      In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
